Tap Dancing: Tap dancing is a great way to build strength and flexibility. In this fun, 6-week class, you’ll start by finding the beat of a song and moving your feet rhythmically. You’ll get a great cardio workout while learning how to dance from an experienced instructor. Experienced or not it will be a blast!
