In this interactive Zoom workshop, we’ll discover tasty new ways to use healthy ingredients. A Q&A session is offered at the end of the workshop with recipe suggestions; ingredients are provided beforehand so you can make it as we go, if desired. This menu is 100% plant-based and is soy/dairy/gluten-free. I created each of these recipes for private meal clients and health food markets.
