Make Yourself at Home with Whole Grains
Explore adding whole grains to every meal! We’ll discuss what whole grains are, see some out-of-the-box options, and get an understanding of how to prepare whole grains, such as how to add whole wheat berries to breakfast bowls, stir fry, burritos, and more. Learn some basics of baking with whole grains, including cookie bars, brownies and pancakes. We’ll make whole grain brownies in-class so you’ll be able to take a few home to share with your family!
