This one night course introduces immediate lifesaving principles to correct airway obstructions and cardiac arrest in adults, infants, and children. Students can receive an American Heart Association HeartSaver certificate after successfully completing this course.

Use your journal as a recipe book, keep track of your hobby, scrapbook, or to contain your secret thoughts. Make it for yourself or surprise Mom for Mothers Day. Bring scissors and lunch.

New end-of-life care choices are becoming widely available and are essential. She has served thousands of individuals as a death educator and hundreds of families as a death midwife. Her experience spans from sudden tragic death spaces to simple and elegant natural green burials. Narinder is a Home Funeral educator who has walked families through pre-planning their holistic death care options and believes that being death educated can calm many of the fears we have about our end-of-life care. You’ll leave feeling informed, empowered, and warm.

Genealogy Workshop At the Old Town Museum - In Person

Designed for beginners, but helpful for those who have some experience, it is a two part Genealogy Workshop. Part 1 will introduce you to genealogy and assist you in building your family tree.  Part 2 will address sources, storage and publication of your research. Sample worksheets to begin recording your data will be provided along with discussion of ways to make your research fun and successful.  A computer is not necessary, but may be helpful. Attendance will be limited to 20.
